Mary V. Holbrook, 90, peacefully passed away Monday, May 5, 2008 in Provo, Utah.
Born on June 16, 1917, in Ogden, Utah, to Cornelius and Vesta VanderDoes.
She married Euel Weldon Holbrook on November 13, 1946.
She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Oregon and Washington. Known for her quick wit, kind heart, and love of Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her daughters, Eileen Gale and Shirley Gaither, and brothers, Arthur, Elmer, and Leland VanderDoes.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon Friday, May 9, 2008 at Oak Hill Ward, 955 W. 4800 S. Viewings will be held between 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2008 at Redwood Memorial, 6500 South Redwood Road and also one hour prior to services at the church.
Interment to follow at Redwood Memorial.
