Ashley Pluim Ford died at her home in Kaysville Utah May 5, 2008 at the age of 25.
Ashley was born April 29, 1983 in Grand Junction Colorado to Steve and Tamra Pluim. She and her husband Nathan Ford have two children, 18 month old Ava and 5 month old Mia.
She is survived by her parents, Steve Pluim and Tamra Pluim, her husband Nathan Ford, her brothers, Jeremy Pluim and Ben Pluim, and her sisters, Michelle Francis and Kylie Pluim. She is also survived by a large number of cousins, in-laws, grandparents and friends who love her and miss her.
A viewing will be held at the Russon Brothers Funeral Home at 1941 North Main Street, Farmington Utah, Friday May 9 from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 10 at 1pm at the LDS church at 1280 West 1875 North in Farmington. The funeral home and church are both across the street to the southwest from Cherry Hills Amusement Park.
Additional viewing opportunity will be held Saturday before the funeral from 11:30am to 12:30pm at the church. Online guest book at www.russonmortuary.com
The family requests donations for the care of Ava and Mia in lieu of flowers. Donations are gratefully accepted at any America First Credit Union and should be made to the Ashley Pluim Memorial Fund.
